Smart Eye Pro 15 Adds Camera Image Streaming and Faster Calibration for Smoother Scientific and Operational Workflows

The latest update improves live monitoring, setup speed, and display compatibility with practical new tools.

Gothenburg, Sweden — November 18, 2025 — Smart Eye Pro 15, the newest version of Smart Eye’s flagship eye tracking system, brings new functionality designed to make data collection and system integration smoother than ever.

New Camera Image Streaming

Smart Eye Pro 15 introduces Camera Image Streaming, enabling users to view live camera images not only within the Smart Eye Pro application but also integrate them into their own applications, or even stream to a separate PC. This feature allows integrators, research teams, and other customers to monitor subjects in real time, preview camera alignment, and synchronize with other recording tools during active sessions.

Whether used to observe participants from another workstation or integrate live feeds into custom software, Camera Image Streaming gives users a clearer view of what’s happening during data collection.

Camera Image Streaming is available as an optional add-on for Smart Eye Pro 15.

Faster Gaze Calibration

The new release also improves gaze calibration processing speed by 60% on average, depending on setup, reducing the overall calibration time while maintaining high precision. Faster calibration means smoother transitions between participants and sessions, especially in studies with large sample sizes or time-sensitive test runs. Users gain both efficiency and confidence that their data remains consistent across trials,even under demanding conditions.

Redesigned Screen Mount for Modern Displays

Smart Eye Pro 15 also introduces an updated screen mount for users of AI-X and Aurora camera systems. Building on the magnetic design of the previous version, the new mount works more reliably on modern displays. As this sturdier, more flexible setup works across a wider range of screens, it lets users focus on their data instead of their mounting solutions.
